After years spent integrating Stripe, Twilio, and DocuSign into enterprise CRMs — and now building the payment infrastructure behind £30M+ in cross-border transactions — I started AnswerHarvest because most small service businesses never get access to that level of engineering discipline for their own CRM and follow-up systems. They get a half-finished account and a login nobody trained them on instead.
