The problem

Every quote at A1 EMF was calculated by hand, room by room — measure the walls, the windows, work out the paint, primer, grounding strap, window film, add it up. Slow, error-prone, and two quotes for the same job could come out different. Worse, the internal notification system was silently failing — new quote requests could sit unseen. Every slow, wrong, or missed quote was a ready buyer who didn’t become a customer.

What we built

An AI-powered quoting system in GoHighLevel using Agent Studio and a Custom Code pipeline. A client submits room and window measurements through an intake form; a precision pricing engine calculates exactly how much paint, primer, grounding strap, and window film the job needs, and generates a fully itemized quote that reconciles to the cent, every time. We fixed the broken notifications so the team is alerted the instant a request comes in, and automated the client-facing quote email on approval.
