Randall — Fleet command dashboard · Trucking & logistics
30+ drivers, one system, and Randall’s Saturdays back.
The problem
The whole operation lived in scattered Excel sheets, WhatsApp threads, and tools that didn’t talk to each other. Randall couldn’t see who was performing and who wasn’t. Compliance meant checking hours by hand and hoping nothing got missed. Every Saturday, he sat down and built the week’s schedule from scratch. A missed DOT violation isn’t a small mistake — it’s a fine, a shutdown, or a lost contract. He was flying blind and paying for it with his weekends.
What we built
A centralized Fleet Command Dashboard on GoHighLevel, Lovable, Supabase, and Google Sheets. A real-time dashboard auto-scores every driver. A drag-and-drop scheduling board enforces DOT compliance on its own — tracks the 70-hour rolling rule, caps days at 14 hours, flags missing 10-hour breaks before they become a violation. A driver self-service portal replaces WhatsApp chasing. An automated pipeline (GHL forms through Make.com) keeps the dashboard live.
The result
Saturday scheduling went from a spreadsheet marathon to a single drag-and-drop pass. Every driver’s score is one click away instead of a guess. Compliance gets checked by the system, continuously — not by memory, once a week. He got his weekends back.
