The problem

James runs gyms across multiple states, each with its own location, offer, and message. Every lead needed the right message and every reply needed a fast follow-up — done by hand. Slow replies mean cold leads, and cold leads don’t book. He was paying for ads that leaked leads at the follow-up step.

What we built

A WhatsApp automation that reads a lead’s state and sends the template built for that location. When the lead replies, the next template fires immediately, continuing step by step until a real appointment is booked — no one sorting leads, copy-pasting messages, or chasing replies.

The result

Every lead gets the right message for their location, every time. Replies get a follow-up in seconds, not hours. Leads become booked appointments instead of names sitting in a list. He was already paying for the leads. Now he gets paid for them.
