The problem

Randall’s business was missing calls every day. Each one was a customer with a question, a problem, or money ready to spend — and when nobody answered, they called someone else. Hiring more people to sit by the phone is expensive, and calls still slip through after hours, on weekends, when the line’s busy.

What we built

An AI inbound agent trained on Randall’s business. It answers every call, books appointments on the spot when a caller wants one, transfers to a human when the caller needs one, and sends an email or PDF mid-call for detail requests — one agent handling questions, bookings, handoffs, and follow-up.

The result

Calls that used to go unanswered now turn into answers, appointments, and sales. His team only takes the calls that actually need them. He didn’t need more people answering phones — he needed every call answered, and now every one is.
